The first pocket in The Porches South includes 14 thoughtfully placed homes designed by our town architect and his team, Chasen B Garrett Architects. These homes, now available for pre-sale, were carefully rendered to maximize owner privacy while reaping the benefits of a walkable community.

The next installation of homes will offer an even greater level of customization. In full view of Celebration Garden and Wellness Park, these homes will be a collaboration of the owner and our town architect.
